• Act as the main point of contact for premium automotive clients, handling enquiries and requests with the utmost professionalism and efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers to encourage brand loyalty and repeat business.
• Provide comprehensive information regarding our range of vehicles, after-sales services, and bespoke packages.
• Manage and resolve customer issues or complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring complete satisfaction.
• Liaise and coordinate with the sales, service, and parts departments to guarantee a cohesive and superior customer experience.
• Proactively follow up with clients post-sale or service to gather feedback and ensure their needs have been met.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Uphold the high standards of the brand, consistently representing our commitment to quality and service excellence.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer care processes and standards within the automotive division.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the luxury retail or premium automotive sector.
• A genuine passion for automobiles and a strong understanding of the premium market.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate information clearly and build rapport with a discerning clientele.
• A customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• High level of proficiency in standard office software and experience using CRM systems.
• Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in Arabic is highly advantageous.
• A professional demeanour and immaculate presentation are essential for this role.
