Job Overview
Euro Motors is seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager - Automotive to join our expanding team. Based in Sitrah, Bahrain, this is a Full-Time role where you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies for our automotive division. The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical leader, passionate about the automotive industry, and dedicated to enhancing our brand presence, driving customer engagement, and contributing to our continued growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive marketing strategy to support the objectives of the automotive division.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, email) and traditional marketing (print, events, public relations).
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, analyse competitor activities, and understand customer behaviour to inform marketing strategies.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling and brand-consistent marketing materials and content across all platforms.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, partners, and internal departments.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring all campaigns and activities deliver a strong return on investment.
  • Analyse marketing campaign performance data and provide regular reports with actionable insights to senior management.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and service departments to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business goals and to create a seamless customer journey.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Plan and execute events, product launches, and promotional activities

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years experience in marketing, preferably in automotive or a similar industry
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing and brand management
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
