Description:

Duties and Responsibilities:

To ensure vehicles are parked and secured as required by line management.
To deliver and collect vehicles from customer, manufacturer's and trade
Contracts, as required.
To receive and hand back to customer their cars as they arrive in the dealership.
If required, to deliver new vehicle to customers' homes or work premises,
Ensuring the collection and I or completion of all paper work required.
To receive and receipt for the collection of payments from customers where required.
To ensure vehicles on the forecourt, both inside and out of the dealership are parked as required.
To ensure all dealing with customers are handled courteously.
To chauffeur company personnel and l or customer when required.
To make deliveries and collections of small items when required.
To carry out other duties when requested by supervisory or managerial staff.
To ensure the car park I display area is maintained in a clean, tidy, litter free condition.
Should take special care of company vehicles and is responsible for any Traffic violations, i.e. speeding fines, parking tickets and in the event of a
Road traffic accident, responsible to produce a police report.
Should maintain hygienic appearance and wear company uniform all time
