Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused, and professional Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing vehicle parking and forecourt organization, delivering and collecting vehicles for customers and partners, and providing high-quality chauffeur services for dealership personnel and clients. As a frontline representative of the dealership, you will ensure exceptional customer service, maintain clean and organized facilities, and adhere strictly to all safety and quality standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Transport vehicles to and from customers, manufacturers, and trade contracts as directed.

• Deliver new vehicles directly to customers' homes or business premises, ensuring all required paperwork is completed and collected accurately.

• Attend to breakdown situations for company/customer vehicles on-site or roadside, remaining prepared to respond after regular working hours in case of emergencies.

• Provide chauffeur driving for company personnel and clients as needed.

• Carry out deliveries and collections of small items or documents when required.

• Ensure all vehicles on the forecourt (both inside and outside the dealership) are parked, arranged, and secured according to management standards.

• Warmly receive cars as customers arrive at the dealership and carefully hand them back upon service completion.

• Maintain the car park and display areas in a clean, tidy, and litter-free condition at all times.

• Ensure all dealings with customers are handled in a polite, courteous, and professional manner.

• Receive payments from customers and issue appropriate receipts when required.

• Exercise special care when operating company and customer vehicles. Assume full responsibility for any traffic violations incurred (e.g., speeding fines, parking tickets) and obtain a valid police report in the event of an accident.

• Maintain and adhere to the company’s Quality Management System, policies, and Quality Manual guidelines.

• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and wear the official company uniform at all times during working hours.

• Be available for duty outside standard working hours when necessary, and perform additional duties as requested by management.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Previous experience as a driver, valet, delivery agent, or yard attendant (preferably within an automotive dealership environment) is an advantage.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including emergency call-outs and overtime when required.

• Strong time-management skills and dependable work ethic.

• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with driving, parking, vehicle preparation, and basic roadside assistance.
