Job Overview
Euro Motors is seeking a dedicated and experienced CRM Supervisor to lead our customer relationship management initiatives within the automotive division. Based in Sitrah, Bahrain, this is a full-time position ideal for a professional who is passionate about enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing lead generation, nurturing, conversion, overseeing the CRM team, implementing effective strategies, and utilising customer data to drive business growth and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day CRM activity related to the sales funnel, including lead capture, segmentation, scoring, assignment, and follow-ups.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of sales funnel stages, providing insights and recommendations to improve conversion rates.
  • Ensure lead lifecycle stages are accurately tracked and managed in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to align CRM activities with sales targets and campaign goals.
  • Support the monitoring of effective opportunity follow-up by the sales team and help track and report on sales conversion from various opportunity sources.
  • Supervise the execution and accuracy of CRM data entry, workflows, and automations related to the sales pipeline.
  • Support implementation of CRM enhancements to improve usability for sales teams and overall system performance.
  • Ensure compliance with CRM processes, data governance standards, and relevant policies.
  • Monitoring and maintaining data quality.
  • Work with the CRM Manager and Marketing team to execute targeted sales campaigns using CRM tools (email, SMS, WhatsApp, etc.).
  • Track campaign responses and assist in lead nurturing strategies to increase engagement and conversions.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on leads generated through campaigns and events.
  • Generate regular reports on CRM sales metrics, funnel drop-offs, lead-conversion timelines, lost sales and sales representative performance.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize sales processes and customer touchpoints.
  • Maintain dashboards and performance KPIs for stakeholder visibility.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for sales team CRM-related queries and support.
  • Train and guide internal users on best practices for CRM usage in the sales context.
  • Assist the CRM Manager in developing and delivering training and documentation.
  • Assist in coordinating the approach for handling sales opportunities across dealership departments, collaborating with Sales, Marketing and aftersales.
     

Qualifications

  •  Proven 2-5 years of experience in a CRM role, with previous supervisory or team leadership experience being highly advantageous.
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Direct experience within the automotive industry is essential.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM software and data management platforms.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for turning data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
